  2. Deepest condolences to Isabel's family from Mary Edmonds your great friend at the convent Daylesford and at Ballarat Teacher's College. Isabel was a lifelong friend even though they weren't able to keep in touch in latter years. Thank you Marian for keeping in touch these last few months.
Mary is quite saddened to hear the news.

  3. To my 'other mother', who welcomed me into your home as a young teen.

You supported and helped guide me through those teen years and into young adulthood, with no judgement.

I will remember you, your kindness and generosity so fondly.

I know how much Dad (your husband Peter) loved and adored you and how much you have missed him over the years, so may you now rest in peace and be welcomed into his loving arms at the gates of Heaven.

All our love and condolences to your beautiful family.

  5. It has been a privilege to know Isabel. She was ahead of her time in many ways with her keen sense of social justice and focus on the environment and health.Isabel loved teaching, was interested in the well-being of others, always appreciative and enjoyed a 'vibrant' discussion.I have happy memories of our beach walks at The Crags and in the latter years of sharing a cuppa with her and Noelene and my husband on her sunny verandah in Bushfield.
Isabel was an incredibly clever, capable and beautiful woman.
    I will miss her.
    My condolences to the family.
