Loving wife Mackie (dec.).

Loved mother of Andrew and Sue, Iris and Gary, and Stephen.

Cherished 'Hazel Nan' to her 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service for HAZEL will be held the Kardinia Church, 16 Tylden Street, Dennington on FRIDAY (AUGUST 16) commencing at 1.00p.m.
