  6. You were the best Nan we could ask for. Reunited with your "Johnnie" Your family was your everything and you were always so proud of all of us.
    I will be forever grateful I was able to have one final visit with you.
    To my mum Janice, the devotion you showed to Nan was amazing and I know Nan is finally reunited with Pop, knowing you were with her til the end.❤❤
