Aged 63 years

Beloved husband of Loretta.

Loving Dad of Nicole and Lindsay, Sarah and Tom, Dave and Aislinn.

Adored Poppy of Pippa, Paddy, Willow and Zane.

You had a smile for everyone,
You had a heart of gold.
You left behind the memories

Family and friends of Phil are invited to attend a Memorial Service to celebrate his life at the Matilda Room, Warrnambool Race Course, Grafton Road, Warrnambool on WEDNESDAY (July 2) commencing at 11.00 a.m.

Thinking of you Loretta, Nicole, Sarah and David during this time of deep loss.
Parkesy was one of life's true gentlemen and always radiated a warmth that made everyone feel special.
He was softly spoken however had an underlying strength that you could always rely on.
Parkesy supported me through several difficult times during my life, and I'll forever be in his debt for his recent help with my own cancer challenge.
Although sadly missed, we will never forget such a great man.

A loveable bloke with an infectious smile. Always positive, never negative, even for a long- suffering passionate Carlton supporter. Our working time together was brief but he gave anyone the time of the day to chat about anything and to lend an ear. A true gentleman in every essence and miss be missed by all. My condolences to the Parkes family.

Parksy was a great mate and loyal to Kevin a true gentleman calm and happy loved a joke. Always stopped for a chat enquiring about family he was so proud of his children, absolutely adored his beautiful Grandkids. Loretta you both enjoyed a wonderful happy life together.
