Passed away peacefully on April 26, 2022 at Warrnambool.

7. To all my o’keefe cousins sincere sympathy on the very sad loss of your lovely mum and our aunty Sheila. Sorry we won’t be able to attend tomorrow to celebrate her long and well lived life.
