Passed away peacefully at home on 24th of March, 2021 in the presence of his loving family.

Dearly loved and devoted husband of Maree for 60 years.

Loving and much loved father of David, Janet and Elisa.

Loved friend of Paul, Julian and Richard.

Adored Grandad and Pa of Oscar, Henry and Oliver.

You will live on in our hearts and your memory will always bring a smile to our faces.

2. Met Ewen Feb 1973 at FJs. Even though we left Australia in 1982, the bond that had developed between Ewen & his family and the Harrold family continues to this day. Space & time did not diminish our friendship.

3. When you're a teenager, you have a pretty good radar for adults who are genuine. Mr McLean (later Ewen and Spike) was one of those wonderous individuals who, like a good hug, made you feel better by just being around. I will miss him, but I'm grateful that so much of who he was is still present in the 3 rascals that call him dad. Love to you all and Maree, my thoughts are with you. x
