4. Condolences to Kasey, Dave's family, friends and loved ones. I was honoured to know Dave through his daughter Kasey. Dave's kindness, humour and strength were all traits I am lucky to have witnessed in the many times I got to spend with Dave. His strengths and spirit live on in my dear friend Kasey. Sending my love and sympathy to all those affected by the loss of such a hard-working and caring father.
