  4. Whether it was the backyard plum fights in the early days or right through to putting new shoes on the truck, Les had a determination and resilience that allowed him to deal with adversity better than most. Talk about ‘knocking off work to carry bricks’. It was a breeze doing it throughout most of his life. No one would have expected the heaviest bricks toward the end. A distinguished life full of incredible service and achievements. Rest peacefully Les. Love to Leonie, Adele and the extended family.

  13. Les was a " straight-shooter"; always strong and honourable in his family, personal, and business relationships . Albeit,he arose from humble beginnings,; nonetheless his parents , Len and Desma , loved and supported him in all his undertakings . Sincere thanks to Leonie , Jemma and Tom ,for the comfort given in the last months of his life . Les, yes, gone far too early ...... .
