Leave a tributeWe didn’t have the privilege of knowing Ted, but we know Petey
You don’t need to meet someone to understand the kind of love that surrounded them. It’s clear Ted was deeply loved and meant everything to his family.
Petey, Bindi and Hue we are thinking of you.

From everyone at the Kalannie Football Club, we extend heartfelt condolences to Ted’s family, friends and community. Ted had a wonderful energy and vibrant presence in our small town, since February this year. His commitment to fitness and football has deeply inspired our players, especially our local boys, who trained with him. His enthusiastic smile, sheer talent and energetic spirit on the Kalannie Football oval will never be forgotten.

Bindi, Pete & Hughie. There are no words, we are absolutely rocked to the core and struggling to comprehend the passing of such a beautiful young man taken far too soon.
When an old person dies, even if that person is wonderful, they are somewhat ready to let go, and so are the people who loved them. They are like old trees, whose roots have loosened in the ground, they fall gently. But when someone young dies, someone like Ted – well before his time – the roots of his tree get pulled out and the ground is ripped up. And so everyone nearby is in danger of being knocked over.
Ted has knocked us all over and it will take time to get up. We are here for you x

Ted,
You are, and always will be, in our thoughts, our hearts, and our actions.
A remarkable human. A capable and curious member of our farming team. An inspiration to be better. A mate to all those fortunate enough to share in your smile.
We cannot put into words how much we miss you.
Thank you for being part of our lives. You will be in every sunset, every season, and every paddock we walk.
Love your Farming Team. Bob&Amanda, Sam&Tiph & boys, Issy, Stewie, Greg, Harry, Jaymon&Ash, Codey&Ellie. Kalannie, WAMay 31, 2026 11:58 am
