Aged 80 years

Dearly loved and loving wife of Graeme (dec.).

Loved mother of Darrell, Sharon, Karolyn and Peter.

Much loved and adored Nan of Cassie, Jake; Nikita and Alex, Axel, and James and
Great Gran of Kayce.

Family and friends of MERRILL are invited to attend a Funeral Service to celebrate her life at the Eastern Park Chapel, 271 Raglan Pde, Warrnambool on SATURDAY (October 25)
commencing at 11.00a.m.

Merrill not only were you a good loving friend you were a inspiration to many people including myself we had some funny times together including the time you made a comment about female drivers then corrected yourself on being one haha.
I remember the time I didn’t close the freezer door and everything defrosted we both had a laugh and I had a lot of frozen meals to eat that week. Thank you for not only being the amazing person you were but someone to turn to for help and advice may you rest easy and be reunited with your beloved husband Graeme.

Very sorry to read of Merrill's death. She was such a lovely lady. She and Graeme were both conscientious and hard working business proprietors....and it was a pleasure to deal with them. My sympathy to Merrill's children and all her family and many friends.

So many memories growing up next door. The three Hose kids were my adopted siblings and there were many times that I was bundled up and thrown into the bath with them instead of being sent home, or sat at the kitchen table for dinner. Always aunty Merrill and uncle Graeme , i was always welcome in the Hose house. Returning to Warrnambool will never feel quite the same without visiting you. The end of an era in south Warrnambool.
Rest peacefully with uncle Graeme.
You will be missed always.

I first met Merrill in 1979 when we both played ten pin bowls in the Battlers league and we are both South Warrnambool "girls"....she was a lovely lady

It was with great sadness that I heard of the passing of Merrill Margaret Hose.

Merrill was such a lovely, caring lady, always warm, always smiling, and with a kindness that shone through in everything she did. I have such fond memories of sharing many laughs with her in her sewing room, moments filled with warmth and friendship that I will always treasure.

Merrill’s gentle spirit, her laughter, and her beautiful smile will be remembered with love by all who knew her.
