I never met Bob in person, but from knowing Joy and his beautiful girls, particularly Lauren, he sounded like the loveliest man and kindest father who I’m sure is so proud of family. Lots of love to you all. Corinne East and family.

Dear Joy and Family,
I will always have fond memories of Bob from my time working with him on Mick and Amanda Fennessy's huts. He taught me some very handy skills, told me some classic jokes and taught me some Aussie slang I still use today! I very much enjoyed his company and thought of him as an Aussie Dad whilst I was so far away from my own family. Thinking of you all from the UK. Liam (The Pom) xx

Dear Joy, Lauren and Emma, Andy, Gav and grandies. Bob was a great work colleague albeit somewhat grumpy at times, but past that, he was a genuine good bloke and loved you all dearly and was extremely proud of you all. I will miss his expertise and jobs he did for me but have the legacy of a projects and his workmanship.

Dear Joy and Family,
I had the absolute pleasure of working with this amazing man and we became friends outside of work too. We had a lot of fun but what I loved most about him was his absolute love and dedication for his 3 x girls. He absolutely adored you all. He was so proud of you all. I am incredibly sad that the he no longer on this earth and will miss his cheeky comments and messages. RIP Gorgeous Man you will be sadly missed xx
