Graeme passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family
after a short illness at Belfast House Moyne Health, Port Fairy.
Loving husband of Lesley.
Loving father, father-in-law, and grandfather of
Suzanne, Stephen and Heidi, Peter and Linda, Jennifer and Brendan, Carolyn and John,
Abbie-Lee and Reg, Ryan, Luke and Nicole, Caleb (dec.), Callum, Monique, Lotti and Matilda.
Loving great grandfather of
Lola, Adele, Eli and Daisy.
