Pat was such a caring and considerate man. Always a deep thinker and respectful and caring of all people. He was a valued colleague at Corrections in the early 2000s, where he ran the community work crew and helped give people the opportunity to turn their lives around. I am so sad to hear of his passing and was lucky to know him.

Got to know Pat very well on a quite a few Sundays we would have lunch at Sues Place. Pat showed an intense interest in nearly all fields of knowledge he had a boundless curiosity. He was also a very funny and witty Guy. I am in a state of shock and sadness I am finding it so difficult to come to terms with his death. I will miss you Pat so much.

I’m shocked and saddened by the loss of Pat, my neighbour and yoga friend. I have only known Pat for a short time but I always looked out for him and really enjoyed our chats, such a gentleman. Condolences for Pat’s family and the community grieving the loss.

Pat,
my Deb partner.
I'll never forget how determined you were to get every step, spin and our timing right at practice, and if I did well, you would take me to Flahertys afterwards for ice cream! If my efforts were not up to scratch, then no ice cream, just a firm reminder of how important this was for you, and that I needed to take things more seriously!
Fun times, great memories
