1. It’s been many years and much time has passed but Valmai and Andrew were my ‘host’ parents in 1992 when I came to Warrnambool from Canada. They treated me as though I was their own, when at 16, I was so far from home. I often ‘checked’ in on them online and I am so sorry to hear of Valmai’s passing. My time with her and Andrew has always meant so much to me and I was grateful that my parents were able to meet them when they came on holiday to Canada. Much love to you all.
