Family and friends of FRAN are invited to attend a Service at the Salvation Army Community Centre, 58-60 Mortlake Road, Warrnambool on MONDAY (March 23) commencing at 10.00am.

The cortege will leave the at the conclusion of the Service for the Warrnambool Cemetery.
