Dearly loved husband of Lyn.

Adored father and father-in-law of Darren and Patricia, Shane (dec.),

Sherry and Trevor, Karen and Brian, and Joanne.

Loved Pa of Tahlia, Ebony, Dylan, Elijah, Ella and Sebastian.

Great grandfather of Freya and Theodore.

Loved and esteemed step-father of Campbell, Robyn, Glenn and Fiona.

Special ‘Pa John’ to Jake, Nick, Luke, Allysah, Joshua, Natalie, Piper and Ben.

  3. Dearest Pa, you gave me such a blessed childhood and always supported me even in my darkest days and times I’m sure I let you down. You shaped me into the woman I’ve become and have made me the woman I want to be. It was truly an honour to have you as my grandfather and I love you very much. You have helped so many people and have saved so many lives. If I can be one tenth of the person you were I will die a happy lady. The battle is over now it’s time for you to be with Uncle Shane, please know our lives were richer for having you, we love you very much and you will be sadly missed.   4. I only met John about five years ago but he quickly became my dear friend and my mentor. I will miss John the most wonderful person, his willingness to listen to me and his wise councel. May he rest in peace.
