Family and friends of Frank are invited to attend a Service to celebrate his life at the Eastern Park Chapel, 271 Raglan Parade, Warrnambool on MONDAY (December 20) commencing at 11am. Private Cremation QR check-in will be required/Vaccination no longer mandatory to attend The Funeral Service will be streamed at the above date and time. it can be viewed on the ‘Streaming’ section
