Loved Pop of Stephanie, Shannon, Kate; Michael, Mark, Leigh; Nathan, and Georgia and Great Pop to Sophie, Lucy, Piper, Reegan, William, Judd, Tom, Evie, Poppy, and Bonnie.

Reunited with his loving wife and daughter

Tom’s family extend their sincere thanks to the dedicated and caring team at Mercy Place for the 8 years of genuine support, care and kindness extended to Tom and his family.

The Funeral Mass for THOMAS will be offered at Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church, 2 Selby Road, East Warrnambool on TUESDAY (August 26) commencing at 1.00pm.

The cortège will leave the Church at the conclusion of Funeral Mass for the Tower Hill Cemetery.
