  7. Very sad to hear of Nita’s passing. She was an amazing woman, who assisted me with two house moves, the second of which preceded her stroke. She was so thrilled to see me, when I visited her at the rehab. place. Her love of ballroom dancing was a surprise for me, and I enjoyed her telling me about, and sharing her memories of the dances she and her husband attended. Rest peacefully Nita, you’ve earned it. Kind regards to all the family, Kerry Parkinson

  11. There aren’t enough words!! Our Nanny, our confidant, our best friend, our strength, the glue that keeps us together and our reason for living..

You have left us for a better place, to be in peace and to be with the love of your life who you’ve been without for 50 years..

Without you the sun may not shine for some time, but I am, as are all those who love you, forever blessed to have have had the privilege of knowing you..

Your strength, your courage, your determination, traits that as The Cox Family we all have and will continue to have.

I’m proud to to be your Grandaughter but most of all I’m proud to have loved you..

No Wednesday will ever be the same, no day will ever be the same, but I promise you we will keep going, we will be strong and we will keep you in our hearts…

RIP Nanny, ta ta for now, you did it your way..

  13. To Wayne , Sue and the 3 girls as Nita would always say . Renee
, Hayley and Malarie .We had lots of fun times together, one was up in Albury as Malarie would entertain us with a night show , AS we had so many laughs. THEN Nita and myself off to the PAC to see a live show , only to be sitting outside her house talking and laughing ,WHEN the Police came along asking us what we were doing so late at night . Nita was oh my God what have we done !!,but all was good telling them where we had been,THEY said that they would have come with you 2 ladies as we can see you are both laughing about the night . THEN l would go around and chop her trees back for her
or any other little thing she wanted . THEN one time sitting there for 2 weeks shredding up all your papers Wayne under the house . These are only a couple of things , but whatever we did we always had fun . Nita will always remain in my heart as she was a good women , tough but honest and loyal and straight to the point . I HAVE lovely memories of her to treasure and l know she is at peace now with NO MORE battles to face . Wayne , Sue and the girls as Nan would say , My Deepest Sympathy goes out to you all at this sad time .l know she wouldn’t want us to cry ,but to just remember her . I’M thinking of you all with lots of love ,knowing Wayne that you and Denis will be spreading her ashes on the Hume Highway as she always told me that is what she wanted .
    Rest Peacefully Nita
