  4. Life as we know it has to end. That is the fact of it. It is what we do with our life that really matters. Margaret lived a full and interesting life, doing what she loved. Whether it was tending to her garden or the port fairy historical society or spending time with her family. She was an inspirational lady who will be sadly missed. RIP Margaret

  6. Members of the Port Fairy Historical Society are saddened by the passing of Margaret Collins, a friend and colleague of 30 years. Margaret’s imagination and creativity have enhanced museum exhibitions for many years; whilst her knowledge and stories have informed and delighted people of all ages on walk or bus tours of Port Fairy, and school visits to the museum.
    Always a cheerful and willing worker, Margaret will be greatly missed.
