Passed away peacefully at South West Healthcare, Warrnambool on April 29, 2026.

Aged 90 years

Loved and loving wife of Leon Habel and Bruce Cameron (both deceased).

Loved mother and mother-in-law of Chris and Lee-Anne, Annie, and Kelly.

Loved Nanna of Jared, Sophie, Stefanie, Savannah and her 7 great grandchildren.

Loved daughter of Daphne and Charlie (both deceased)

and sister of Bill (dec.), Pat and their families.

Step-mother of Jane, Anne, Linda and their families

The Funeral Service for BETTE will be held at the Trinity Lutheran Church,

261 Koroit Street, Warrnambool on FRIDAY (May 8) commencing at 10.00a.m.

The cortège will leave at the conclusion of the Service for the Warrnambool cemetery.

  2. My long term ftiend Bette was loud but lovely, bossy yet caring. When I lived in Warrnam bool Bette always welcomed strangers to Trinity Lutheran church in a way unique to her. When catering together for an LWV retreat at Hall’s Gap we argued about how to make celery a apple salad, When we meet eagain might be able Io resove that matter! I send my love and blessings to resolve that debate.. seeriously, I send my love to Bette’s family as they adjust to earthly life without her. Audrey
