his life in the Eastern Park Chapel, 271 Raglan Pde Warrnambool on
TUESDAY (August 25) commencing at 11.00am.
Following the Service the cortege will proceed to the Warrnambool Cemetery

Our heartfelt condolences to the entire family on the passing of your much-loved Poppy Jack.
Poppy Jack and your family were such a huge and special part of Jeremy’s life growing up, creating many wonderful memories that have stayed with him throughout the years. Later, Meg, Fletcher and Kelsey were also incredibly blessed to have Poppy Jack become part of their lives and to share in his chats, kindness and love.
He was a special man who touched the lives of so many, and we feel fortunate to have known him. He will be remembered with great fondness and will hold a special place in our hearts.
Our deepest condolences to Michelle and family; David, Lia & family; Brett, Haley & family; Jade, Rachel & family, and Adam & Catherine. Our thoughts and love are with you all at this incredibly difficult time.

Jack was a dear friend and business partner of our father Ron Hillman for over 30 year’s, he was a great friend a mentor to Rick and I over the last 40 year’s, he has been inspirational with his attitude to life, we will miss him dearly, Rick & Darren Hillman and all our family.
