Family and friends of NEIL are invited to attend a Funeral Service held in the Eastern Park Chapel 271 Raglan Pde Warrnambool on FRIDAY (May 15) commencing at 2.00p.m.
The cortege will proceed at the conclusion of the Service to the Tower Hill Cemetery.

My heartfelt sympathy to the family. Nelly brightened every day we saw him, I am thankful to have watched his friendship with grandma grow and bloom as they both aged.

Deepest sympathy to Rhonda and the entire Kelly families on the passing of Neil also known as Hector from the early days when we first met. Robina and family,
Neil was an honest, hardworking and loyal friend to our family over the past 26 years.
Together we renovated and painted our way through many projects with lots of coffee and cake morning teas along the way.
We will miss Neil.
