Tributes

  1. Beloved Father of youngest son, Mark.
I have had more warm breakfasts than lunches when growing up till now even thanks to you, Dad. Waking me up with a knock on the door and saying “Breakfast’s ready” on the farm having prepared cereal and warm milk or porridge. Later whenever I was on holidays back home you would be up early, even when retired, and we’d watch the morning shows and talk about anything. You worked hard and played hard, but still had time for your family, friends and the local community. You have done your duty…so sleep well.

We had lovely trips to the Grampians, especially staying at Halls Gap, eating out at all the lovely restaurants there. You will always be remembered in my heart and Forever Loved.

  12. Pop was such a loving and heartfelt man. He always had everyone’s interest first before his. He was always up for a chat especially if it was about fishing or shooting. He was always so interested in what you did and what you were doing. I couldn’t have asked for a better pop and role model, and I am so grateful for what he has taught me and how loving and supportive he has been. and how much joy he has brought to my life. Will always love you pop.
