It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Xavier O’Keefe. Who died peacefully, with family by his side, at the Warrnambool Base Hospital on the
19th of September, 2025.

Loving and adored father of Elisha and Rose.

Aged 70 years

Loved son of Xavier and Mary O’Keefe (both dec.).

Loved brother and brother-in-law of Michael and Carmel, Vincent (dec.) and Anne,
Francesca and Hugh, Irene, Veronica, William (dec.) and family.

Loved uncle to his many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends of THOMAS are invited to attend a Service at the Eastern Park Chapel, 271 Raglan Parade, Warrnambool on MONDAY (September 29) commencing at 11.00am.

The cortège will leave at the conclusion of the Service for the Woolsthorpe Cemetery.
