2. Garon, for 15 years you proved yourself to be an incredibly valued employee of our company.

   You could turn your hand to pretty much anything asked of you, and demonstrated a quiet and considered style of leadership that was an excellent match to the industry and how we operate.

   Across the years you involved yourself in everything we did, plus extended yourself in seeking and gaining qualifications that you put to use within civil construction.

   You will be missed by everyone within the company. You were a person others would readily turn to, for advice or just for a chat.

   I extend our thoughts and sincerest sympathies to your family and children in this incredibly difficult time.
