Family and friends of FRAN are invited to attend a Service at the Eastern Park Chapel, 271 Raglan Parade, Warrnambool on THURSDAY (February 29) commencing at 2.00pm.

The cortège will leave at the conclusion of the Service for the Tooram Memorial Park Cemetery.

9. My condolences to the family frances was a beautiful person always full of laughter and jokes loved going around there and playing cards and having a good laugh ,she go to meet my Kids and was always asking about them each time she seen me.
