Passed away peacefully at home.

Dearly loved and loving husband of Kathleen (dec’d.).

Much loved father and loving father of Bradley and Leanne (dec’d.).

Loved father-in-law of Anthony.

Adored Opa of Samantha and Alexander.

Much loved step-father of Rowena and Marc, and very-loved ‘Stopa’ to Jake and Jordan.

An Informal Gathering to share memories and celebrate the life of JACK will be held at at Proudfoots By the River, 2 Simpson Street, Warrnambool on WEDNESDAY (August 10) from 4p.m. onwards.
