  8. ‘Bob’ was a stalwart of the CBC-South Warrnambool Cricket Club. A quiet achiever who worked hard and long for the betterment of the club. His personal satisfaction was being with others and his greatest cricketing achievement was as a member of the premiership team. A lovely bloke who will be sorely missed but memories will remain with us forever. Condolences to the family and friends.

  10. I like to add that Bob was very humorous at times like the time he was working on the post office counter at Warrnambool and I came out from the mail room to collect the parcels and letters.. there was a large lineup of office girls at 3.10 pm posting their mail,. Closing time was 3 pm he turned around and looked at me and said what time does the three o’clock mail close. It totally had me in stitches just the way he said it so dry.. I had to tell everyone that because I never forgot him saying that.R.I.P bob.
