  5. Julia was a caring friend and aunt to me. She always gave me hope and inspiration with her determination, dry sense of humour and gentle strength. I loved hearing her stories of life in Spain on the Costa de Sol. She was brave and lived true to her values of authenticity, peace, a deep love of nature and animals. Julia was a wonderful vegetarian cook and loved to share it with others. I will miss you Julia, you were a Jewel, a one of a kind, a free spirit. Rest without suffering now, be at peace, Love Trace x

  6. I remember Julia well from my teenage years of visiting my sister Joan and family. Lee would drive us to the family farm and Julia was there in her riding gear , looking so happy healthy and riding horses. We even shared a bedroom at times. She was glowing and friendly. Rest in peace and live to all your family

  7. Auntie Julia had the patience and passion to show me how to make sourdough bread, something that has been a huge part of my life. I was inspired by Julia’s passion for animals and the environment, her love of baking and artistic talents. I loved her colourful socks and clothes, and her warm smile. I will always remember my Aunt who lived her life with courage and conviction. Rest peacefully. xo
