Passed away suddenly but peacefully at SWH,
after a short but brave battle.

Loved wife of Gary.

Loved mother and mother-in-law of
Rebecca, Amanda and Liam, and Adam.

Much loved Nan of Coby, Kayden, Levi, Laila and Luca.

Family and friends of BERNIE are invited to attend a Service at the Eastern Park Chapel,

271 Raglan Parade, Warrnambool on THURSDAY (May 15) commencing at 2.00pm.

The cortège will leave at the conclusion of the Service for the Tooram Memorial Park Cemetery.
